Obituary for Carolyn M. Calico

Carolyn M. Frye Calico, 70 , of Berea, died at Berea Health & Rehabilitation Center, September 19, 2017. She was a Berea native born September 30, 1946 daughter of the late Raymond J. and Dorothy Short Frye. Carolyn was an outstanding homemaker, loving wife and mother. Carolyn, a music lover, most enjoyed The Lennon Sisters, Lawrence Welk; an animal lover and found great joy in her favorite flowers which were pink and yellow roses, evening primroses, honeysuckle, buttercups and her perennial pink and white tulips. She is missed by her family and friends.

Survivors include her loving husband Larry Calico; 3 children, Joey Calico (Melissa), Jeffery Calico (Sherry), Jaclyn Clemons (C.C.); 4 siblings Patricia Oliver (Leomon), Gary Frye, Raymond Joe Frye, Michael Frye; 3 grandchildren, Eric Calico (Kendra), Nathan Clemons, Shane Clemons; 3 great-grandchildren, Jerri Lynn, Kaden and Kynlee. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Margaret Faye Frye.

Visitation after 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Reppert Funeral Home. Funeral 11:00 am Friday September 22, 2017 at the Funeral Home. Burial at the Robinson Cemetery, Cartersville.
